Rose & Crown Hotel, Guildford;

Alterations & Additions, 2008/09,  such as external Bar, seating areas, decks, Kitchen extensions and links to Stables building etc.

Conservation Works such as re-roofing Galvabond over the original She-oak shingles, new gutters and downpipes were also carried out.

The Rose & Crown is claimed as the oldest  hotel in West Australia, (1841) although the Commercial in Kojunup has been licensed longer and the Earl of Spencer in Albany may also be a contender. The main two storey Georgian brick building was built c1863.

Subsequent similar range of services & works were carried out for Mark Weber when he purchased the Mahogany Inn outside Mundaring.

The Mahogany Inn required a Measured Drawings of the whole complex, including a motel and resolutions of a whole complex of poorly connected buildings.

Rose & Crown roof;

battening over original she-oak shingles for new Lysaght's Custom Blue Orb roof.
